Happy as an Easter
So why not get married in Easter time?
In former times it was absolutely forbidden to marry in Lent, a time of penitence and fasting. Today The church provides for greater openness in this sense, if necessary. the important thing is that the celebration has the character of maximum sobriety.
We do not recommend it; marriage is a day of joy, the realization of a dream to be shared with relatives and friends in joy.
Therefore, it is not nice to have restrictions. Being able to choose much more beautiful is the time from Easter onwards, a time of celebration also for the Church.
