After the holidays, we resume the intense work of planning events. And we also take a few minutes to reread the customer emails of thanks.

From the 90s, we began to see the refined gastronomic event as a careful exhibition of food, focused more on presentation than on supply in itself. The latter has shrunk to the minimum terms, referring a little to French cuisine.
Who attends our restaurant, Podere Pendolino, always appreciates the goodness but also the abundance in our dishes. We wanted to repeat this philosophy of service in the catering Albatros.
