We speak Italian also abroad. Yes indeed, our menu is very popular with foreigners who choose Tuscany to celebrate their wedding party.
We can confirm that the soul of the kitchen in weddings throughout the 2019 season will be the territorial recipe. Simplicity, goodness of raw materials, maybe a little revisitation but without internationalizing the menu: it must remain absolutely autochthonous. For us at Albatros Ristorazione this is a confirmation of what we have always believed and preached.
