Fish menu: Will your guests like it too?
While we definitely believe that you should choose your wedding menu following your personal taste, you are going to invest a great budget feeding all your guests, too. By choosing dishes that most of them will like, like beef o fish dishes, you’ll be sure everybody will have as good a time as you do. For this reason, it can be good to avoid some stronger flavours or more fatty dishes.
Fish choice is natural in a Italian wedding: we got the fantastic mediterranea see so our products are certainly fresh.
It’s also worth asking guests to disclose any allergies or dietary requirements beforehand and Albatros Catering will adapt to these – there is nothing worse as a guest than discover, at the last moment, that can’t eat the delicious courses served at the reception.
So fish is welcome, but it is important to declare any kind of allergies involved.
