Wedding Flowers

Part of our catering work is the flower decoration of the table. In particular, centrepieces are placed on the table of guests, on the table of the couple and in service tables, for example for the spectacular buffet aperitif that Albatros organises in the reception.
The head of wedding choreography is our Rosy Cartocci, a great expert in trends.
For years Rosy chooses flowers with couples who rely on her for advice on the type and budget, essential in a marriage.
Recall that the choice of the flower, must be inspired by the theme of marriage, the bride's dress, the tablecloth and mise en plce, the location and so on.

Floral choreography obviously depends on the season. Looking for sunflowers in December is a difficult task, sometimes impossible. Or the import of flowers out of season would have very high costs, which we always discourage.
In 2018 couples are choosing a lot of simple varieties: hydrangeas, dahlias, roses, peonies, buttercups.
The main feature of the trendy floral choreography is the presence of a lot of green that enriches the composition: ferns, mist, laurel, eucalyptus.
Obviously, this does not mean that the couple cannot choose their florist for the preparation of the banquet.
Throughout 2018, the floral choreography in roses, for the sole banquet set-up, is included in the catering price. With roses, you can make dream scenes: more daring and passionate in the red color or more romantic in pastel colors, so fashionable this year .
