Easter lunch at Podere Pendolino is a tradition that Patrizio and Claudio's family has been celebrating for decades. We regularly source traditional products and recipes, enriching them each year with new and subtle changes to suit modern palates. Blessed eggs are always available, especially first thing in the morning, as is lamb. After lunch, both adults and children alike enjoy our vast park, seeking out the scents of spring and the first rays of sunshine.
