Albatros Bartender: The aperitif at a wedding is as eagerly anticipated as the dinner, if not more so. Today, we know that aperitif culture has become enormously popular among both young and old: the ever-present Spritz, the quintessential Italian aperitif, dominates every table and is a delicious treat at the end of the ceremony. In fact, the opening aperitif at a wedding should be light, with little more than bubbles: spoiling the party with "strong" drinks would be a shame, don't you think?
Meanwhile, the open bar at the dancing party in the evening is something we at Albatros are proud of. Our varied offerings are designed by qualified staff, sommeliers, and experienced bartenders, who ensure all the requirements for a successful open bar:
1) Expert staff, capable of preparing drinks quickly and efficiently with great visual impact.
2) Quality ingredients selected over the years for your safety and taste: the right alcohol content with the option of non-alcoholic cocktails.
3) Ability to offer a seasonal selection of tropical, fresh, and fruity drinks in the summer, along with the ever-present classics: Gin and Tonic, Cuba Libre, Negroni, and Mojito. A personalized menu with a list defined by the couple to satisfy as many tastes as possible. Fresh, colorful, and fragrant fruit selected by our catering team.
4) A selection of quality wines as a base for your cocktails.
5) An attractive, scenic bar, to create a trendy spot for fun photos: the open bar has always offered the opportunity to make new friends and strengthen relationships. Alcohol will always break the ice, always!
Of course, throughout the night, a dessert and coffee buffet will be set up to support guests, with some choosing the option of a late-night spaghetti or pizza. For those who don't want alcohol or for minors, the bartender can offer an equally tasty and enjoyable non-alcoholic drink. In short, the Albatros Open Bar offers your guests a chance to have fun and socialize safely and responsibly, in a refined and cheerful atmosphere.
