Wedding ceremonies for this summer 2025 are all about sustainability, gastronomic experiences, uniqueness.

Long and varied days in which you pass through different moments: the welcome, the ceremony, a long aperitif buffet, lunch or dinner, the final party.

For decades Albatros catering has been studying menus with a strong local and seasonal imprint. The administration, on the other hand, is subject to many creative variations in which various characters intertwine in an increasingly studied synergy: we go from waiters to chefs who perform in a makeshift kitchen in front of the guests, from sommeliers to bartenders who animate the highly anticipated final party during the dances. We are faced with live dishes and cocktails that make the tasting unique with real show times. We could say that the time of tastings is real entertainment.

Guests will witness the creation of the dish on the spot, seeing what usually happens behind the scenes of a restaurant. They will be able to verify the freshness and authenticity of the product, learn recipes and entertain themselves, filling the time of the event which thus extends for the pleasure of all.
