Thinking of a wedding banquet alternative to traditional proposals is an ethical duty, a choice of love towards all guests, a right for those who are invited: and undoubtedly represents for the banquet an added value of your ceremonies.
For us at Albatros Ristorazione the challenge is not new. We are renowned throughout the Valdichiana for our vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free proposals starting from our restaurant Podere Pendolino in Monte San Savino which has boasted a respectable gluten-free menu for years.
Therefore, we all agree on the fact that the customization of the banquet is not limited only to tastes, but also includes the need to offer options of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, according to the needs of the guests. The perspective is that of 360° inclusiveness without overturning the philosophy of the banquet. For example: if the menu is territorial Tuscan, Sienese-Arezzo-Florentine, alternative choices will be in line with the central menu. The challenge requires time but it is necessary and with a little creativity you can meet the multiple needs in terms of innovation, taste, usability
