As we have often said in recent days, the pastry of our ceremonies is the result of our internal laboratory signed Albatros Ristorazione.
From our pastry chefs, some advice on the special moment of the Wedding Cake Cutting.
1) The area dedicated to the cake cutting ceremony will be well lit by candles, clearly visible and large enough to gather all the guests around. Technically, almost all cakes can be reproduced: just show a photo and our pastry chefs are able to produce the creation
2) You can choose the pyramid cake with multiple layers, or a cake without a stand, uniform, like the hatbox cake, usually with three layers on a round base; or a single-layer cake, but with an exaggerated shape!
3) The right moment for the cake cutting is at the end of the served dinner but the fireworks must absolutely be after the cutting, to crown the peak of the party. Together the toast of the couple and the spouses and then the start of the dance to capture the euphoria of the moment and start off on the right foot.
4) Among the most loved is the Millefoglie cake, also monoplane, large with an exaggerated cascade of summer fruit, since we are in season. Beautiful, good and scenic: it collects them all.
5) As they said there are no limits to creativity: style, colors, obviously we always suggest creating a link with the style of the event. In all these important choices you will be supported by our banquet scenography manager Rosy who for many years has happily accompanied hundreds of newlyweds during the party.
