It's winter, there are few ceremonies but the back stage of Albatros Ristorazione is a crowd of meetings, tests and planning. So let's get to work planning your ceremony in detail.
Once the location of the reception has been chosen, it is the catering's turn to set up the reception itself.
The work is done step by step, creating a sort of palette of ideas: photos, drawings are collected, searched on the web or among photos of past weddings. In this work of selecting the material, you will be supported by our Catering Albatros Ristorazione in the person of Rosy, her constant presence alongside her husband Patrizio Cartocci.
The initial design of the future reception must reflect the type of equipment desired which may have different levels of complexity. From a simple service, to a richer one, up to opulent equipment. The style of the reception is the other aspect to evaluate initially and will be very in line with the personality and tastes of the couple.
We have several variations:
⁃ The Country Chic style: very suitable for farmhouses with a predominance of sand-colored linen, jute, wrought iron, bare boards, aromatic herbs and dry Tuscan rustics
⁃ Traditional romantic: rich, with many classic flowers such as roses, pastel tones, candles and candelabras, silverware here and there
⁃ Modern: clean lines, stylized furnishings, soberly dosed flowers, modern candles, mirrors, steel and ceramic objects
Once the style has been chosen, you will have to choose the type of table, round or rectangular, which will have to adapt to the number of guests and the layout of the room.
In our warehouses and exhibition rooms, we are able to show you possible mise en place and table linens that constitute the first step of a table. Classic with porcelain or silver chargers; rustic with rattan; White, ivory, modern and geometric or soft and traditional. Don't forget the glasses which are a must.
