Saturday wedding fever

In these days, in addition to the usual activities already planned for months, we are drawing up a draft calendar of events for 2024.
Yes, in fact it is known that for important events such as weddings, couples move well in advance. This explains the many reasons why it is good to plan your events in advance.
1) Saturday, hate and love Saturday is the favorite day for all couples: relatives and friends often don't work and Sunday allows the right rest for those who danced late into the night. What is certain is that there are only 4 Saturdays in a month, for a single location. Make Saturday coincide with the preferred location, the availability of the church or municipality, the catering, etc. it really is a tightrope job.
Here's what we recommend:
2) Maintain some flexibility for the event, talking about the wedding period rather than a fixed date. You could choose another day, maybe a lucky number, and still give yourself a top priority.
For example, if you want many friends and relatives, they should be given a certain date priority for the "convenience" of holidays and leave, or you choose an intimate ceremony and therefore the few guests can easily adjust to the chosen date.
3) Sometimes, it's better to get married in winter to have more options for choosing free dates, why not? This is a message that has now passed even among the wedding planners involved in the organization.
As for the weather, we have often seen that in spring it can rain more than in winter and winters are very mild.
4) The budget for some suppliers provides for cuts in the event of midweek ceremonies. Just ask, some locations may grant something.
5) Keep an eye on the events calendar: important tournaments, championship finals: it seems a bit pagan but we Italians yes I'm coming!, if there's a big party goodbye wedding! You will find yourself renting a big screen during the ceremony and goodbye romance!
