Less is more

Do you remember the weddings of the 70's / 80's with kilometric menus, many courses, a mix of meat and fish to no end?
Many of you, young people, certainly not: your grandparents and parents certainly yes!.Guests got up very tired from huge tables: it was almost impossible to consume every dish. How much waste! The abundance of food that was pulped is no longer sustainable in our society: this awareness makes us more civilized by opting for an elegant satiety, abundant but never blatant opulence.

Wedding lunches and dinners today are "leaner", with less quantity and focusing mainly on quality. Nothing new for Albatros Ristorazione which has made quality its forte.
For decades now, we have been selecting the best suppliers of meat, fish, cheese, etc. We are not afraid to change suppliers if we are not convinced: both to pursue the changing tastes of our customers and to raise the effective level of the dish. Not only what is perceived by the customer, also enriched by the service, but the organoleptic composition of the course: it must be excellent!

Let's start with a nice buffet made up of finger food and single portions served side by side to adapt to the new regulations dictated by the pandemic. Variety dominates over quantity. The service thus studied makes the flow more agile and less confusing.
No more endless courses, but dishes with the right portion, two first courses and a second course, with the possibility of reviewing between guests, upon request. The era of the double second is over.Relax end eat around a fantastic wedding table.

Desserts, on the other hand, are increasingly seen in single-portion format with small glasses, mini-tastings.

Personalization: each corner can be customized according to the tastes of the couple: whisky, cigars, truffles, chocolates, selected craft beers, etc.

The wedding cake elaborated in the Albatros Ristorazione workshop remains spectacular: the cake cutting was and will always remain an event within an event: spectacular!
In conclusion, we are Italians and we want to eat well and fill up: after all, one of the most popular gifts is the famous "envelope" which objectively deserves an important banquet.
Isn't it true then that of the wedding they will remember above all the bride and groom's dress and how they ate?
