Today we want to talk about mise en place, the main theme of our Albatros Catering after food of course.
The mise en place is part of the banquet, it enriches it, bows it, creates the atmosphere even in a simple location. There are rooms and environments so rich and significant that they speak for themselves: sobriety is enough for style and elegance.
Instead in other types of places it is necessary to help the banquet with solutions that embellish the environment. Our choreography expert, Rosy, has been creating suitable solutions for every ceremony for decades.
Don't be scared: there is no need to spend a fortune!
Albatros Catering boasts a warehouse and furniture that is always fashionable, of quality, according to the most varied tastes.
For example, by wandering in our warehouses, we can find ornaments and wedding accessories that have been used over time and that never go out of fashion:
Still like dried flowers which give a bohemian touch, reminiscent of certain poetic photos from the 70s. Certainly the wicker swings, the vases, the aviaries, certain wooden lanterns together with the dried flower have a bit of nostalgia, but this is also a theme that certain guests are looking for: a vintage style.
A mise en place of this kind, for example, welcomes straw; in our weddings we have exhibited straw mats that are well matched to the natural colors of green, for example, in all its shades. So in this vintage nature equipment we will gladly spread linen tablecloths or you can leave the table strictly in natural wood as it is in fashion today.
To finish this type of green equipment, decorations of vegetable origin will be spread: laurel branches, olive branches, dried and fresh petals, aromatic plants.
The flowers will obviously be of pastel color and fresh to recall our sunny fields in summer, a little vintage Gucci foulard to be understood.
