This is a less formal moment than the banquet, very advantageous for guests who feel comfortable choosing what to eat and also the people to hang out with.In summer, when the weather is nice, when there is a large space available outdoors it is truly intriguing to create a buffet refreshment. Usually it is done before the official banquet seated as our Catering Albatros likes to do.
A nice standing buffet is an effective solution, it allows guests to move freely, to be able to communicate with everyone, something that will not be possible in the formal banquet; during the buffet you can fully enjoy the natural environment that hosts us, you can visit and admire the architecture of the location. The same formula will be repeated during the dessert buffet that is the corner prepared by the pastry chefs inside Albatros Catering, made up of a range of offers of various desserts with the grand finale of the wedding cake.
The small doses are now available to guests no longer in self-service mode but with the support of the waiters of the Albatros staff committed to delivering the selected food to each one. Single portions are definitely in fashion, traditional recipes revisited in mignon format. So we find from the classic Tuscan bruschetta to traditional Mediterranean fish dishes. Every palate is satisfied by passing from land to sea, always with great taste, studied and experimented over years of profession by the Albatros Chefs.
What is the perfect time to have a buffet? After the ceremony. We spend an hour and a half two hours, stretch our legs after the sitting ceremony and prepare our stomachs for the important final dinner. All free then.
