The owners of Albatros Catering have over thirty years of experience in the hospitality sector. Catering, catering, tourist reception are part of our heritage.
For years we have been organizing events in various types of locations: castles, farms, cellars, more or less equipped locations.
In times of covid-19 many are thinking of "minor" celebrations in private locations. This is possible, especially with the help of expert suppliers able to transform the structure making it suitable for reception.
Logistics in this case is entrusted to Albatros' expert technicians: for years they have been installing tensile structures, installing lighting, flooring, gazebos, platforms etc.
Many private locations do not have large rooms: it is essential to set up outdoor spaces, overcoming the worries of slopes, gardens, flooring etc.
Particular attention is paid to mobile kitchens, essential above all because internal kitchens are often too "essential" and inanactual at receptions of over 50 guests.
In this case, the inspection is fundamental, more than in any other type of event. The staff is ready to measure every corner of the structure as well as accessibility. Not to forget that the most comfortable access to our vans is essential: moving a catering is a job of enormous precision for the safety of everyone, including guests. If you intend to celebrate in a private location, it is advisable to call the catering as soon as possible to evaluate the logistics feasibility. In our experience we have really overcome difficult obstacles, but for the impossible we still have to equip ourselves!
