Once again we want to talk about the cakes produced by Albatros Catering. Many pastry experts have had the opportunity to admire and taste the wonderful creations of our Pastry Laboratory. Many ask us if we buy cakes from the outside given the skill, professionalism and creative richness of the confectionery creations proposed in our parties. We proudly reiterate that Albatros catering has inside a highly specialized pastry laboratory.
For years our chef Massimo Pascucci has been leading the talented pastry chefs Valeria and Giulia in the creation of perfect architecture. Celebrating with Albatros Catering is therefore also an opportunity to save many. Pastry and cake, all the creations are always richer: our customers know it and have learned by providing images, ideas, stily ...... Our pastry chefs spend long hours in laboratory dedicated to creating and trying to realize the dreams of couples.
